Ordering by E-mail
Florstar will now accept orders by email from EXISTING customers only.
Please make sure to include the following information in your email to make the process as smooth as possible and prevent delays with your order.
Account Number
(we will not process an order without this)
Purchase Order
For each item ordered
Florstar item number
Quantity with Unit of Measure
(ie SF, CT, SY etc...)
Sidemarks
Minimum
(if ordering a roll/balance)
Special Instructions
(shade/dyelot matching, etc...)
Shipping information
(if other then your normal "ship to" and next delivery day)
Contact Information
(if we need to confirm something with the order)
We will accept an attachment with the above information in the form of Word, Excel, Text, TIF, or Adobe PDF.
